Fire Flow- In Studio

About this event

A heated version of our flow class! Creative sequences, lots of flowing movement and pose challenges all done with our usual "have fun and do what you can" approach. Prior yoga experience very helpful here. The room is VERY HOT. Bring a big towel along with your mat and plenty of water. All in-studio class sizes are limited and pre-registration is required. If you cannot attend your booked class, please unbook 2 hours prior to the class start time so someone else can have you spot in class. Due to our class size limitations, no-shows will be charged for the class. We appreciate your understanding and support!
