About this event
Open Flow 1- Flow gracefully from pose to pose using the breath. A moderately paced class- prior knowledge of yoga poses is very helpful but as always do what you can and have fun with the practice. This class is through Zoom! Sign up online with Mindbody, then a link- invitation- for the live Zoom class will be sent to you in the confirmation email you receive at booking. Make sure you have opted in to receive emails and that they are not going to spam! The class cost is the same as our in-studio classes.
