Hot 60 minutes - In Studio

About this event

This is a modified version of the Hot series from a Bikram lineage- one set of every pose. We will modify the open mouth breathing exercises as well- using other breathing exercises instead. We are using our forced air heaters so please keep that in mind as you make your decision to come to this class. This class may be a Hybrid- it may be live streamed while students are in the room practicing. All in-studio classes are limited and pre-registration is required. If you cannot attend your booked class, please unbook 2 hours prior to the class start time so someone else can have you spot in class. Due to our class size limitations, no-shows will be charged for the class. We appreciate your understanding and support!
