About this event

Volunteers don't get paid, not because they're worthless, but because they're priceless .

Meet some very special volunteers sharing their stories and pictures about the construction of the Spring Creek bridge located within the western portion of the St Marks National Wildlife Refuge. Enduring blisters, sore muscles and a bug or two, they collectively contributed over 887 volunteer hours.

We are making this a party, complete with cake and awards! Celebrating volunteers who build and maintain public trails, lead hikes and activities, and those who work behind the scenes to keep our chapter running smoothly.

Our meetings begin with a social at 6:30pm. The meeting and program begin at 7:00pm and we adjourn at around 8:00pm. All FTA Apalachee Chapter Meetings are open to the public and everyone is welcome. We hope to see you there!
