Hot 90 Minutes- In Studio

About this event

Full length ninety-minute Hot Yoga class (inspired by the "Hot 26/2" series) two sets of every pose, as compared to one set in our sixty-minute Hot 60 classes. Due to COVID 19 please understand/know the following: --We will modify the open mouth breathing exercises by using other breathing exercises instead. --We are using forced air heaters so please keep that in mind as you make your decision to come to this class. All in-studio class sizes are limited and pre-registration is required. If you cannot attend your booked class, please unbook 2 hours prior to the class start time so someone else can have you spot in class. Due to our class size limitations, no-shows will be charged for the class. We appreciate your understanding and support!
