- ➤ The 31st Annual Phipps Park Holiday Hike will take place on Sunday, Jan. 11 from 10 a.m. to noon at Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park on Miller Landing Road — an event led by the Florida Trail Association to celebrate the park's trail history. Tallahassee Democrat

- ➤ Bobby Bowden’s Killearn home, filled with family heirlooms and memorabilia, will go to auction and draw interest from locals and college football fans. The sale will run over multiple days and feature treasured letters + photos from the late coach’s estate. WCTV
