- ➤ Federal Judge Mark Walker dismissed a lawsuit challenging a Florida law that restricts children under 16 from creating accounts on major social media platforms, saying tech groups did not show legal standing (HB 3). The groups, including NetChoice and the Computer & Communications Industry Association, said they will file a revised complaint by (March 31) and renew their request for a preliminary injunction.
