- ➤ At Elder Care Services, the senior food pantry faces shortages as demand jumped 56% from last year due to rising living costs, forcing seniors to choose between food, medication or rent (donations are accepted at 2518 West Tennessee Street). ABC 27
- ➤ Grey Memorial United Methodist Church joined with Big Bend Continuum of Care on Sunday to pack 1,000 shelf-stable lunches for people experiencing homelessness. The meals will be stored and handed out over the next few weeks in Tallahassee. WCTV
- ➤ Tracie Hodge is featured among Tallahassee’s 25 Women You Need to Know for 2026 due to her leadership in nonprofit accounting at Big Bend Cares, Inc.—a role supporting services for children and families. Tallahassee Democrat

- ➤ Guthrie's won Tallahassee's March Madness Chicken Spot Challenge by earning 50% of the vote against Lindy's Chicken, which received 49% in the tight final round last week. The competition started on March 16 and held four voting rounds to crown the city's top chicken spot. Tallahassee Democrat
