- ➤ The Harmony in the Streets summer camp for teenagers, organized by the Council on the Status of Men and Boys, is held at Alarm International Church and began earlier this month with 65 participants. - ➤ A Perry man was critically injured Sunday evening on McDaniel Road when his electric bicycle lost control after its chain came off, causing the bike to overturn and throw him into a ditch — Taylor County sheriff’s office and EMS responded — and his next of kin were notified. WCTV

- ➤ The mother and stepdad of 5-year-old Missy Mogle have been indicted on first-degree murder charges—along with charges of aggravated child abuse, child neglect and failure to report child abuse—in connection with her death in May; Daniel Spencer is set to appear in court Monday morning while Chloe Spencer is held without bond. - ➤ DeAndre Robinson, 36, was indicted on a first-degree murder charge for the May 3 killing of Niquelle Barnes outside her Providence Pointe Apartments on Stuckey Avenue after police linked him with cellphone data and a kitchen knife — he claims he acted in self-defense. Tallahassee Democrat

- ➤ A federal appeals court declined to reconsider a decision that supported the Leon County district in a dispute over a student's request to use a male name and they/them pronouns—officials said the school followed its guidelines and did not shock the conscience. - ➤ Leon County staff said the Magnolia Drive Trail project is running smoothly and phase 2 will be completed by the end of 2025.
