- ➤ Florida schools are adding a new AI system called ZeroEyes to scan live security camera video for guns as students return to class. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Supporters of proposed constitutional amendments and voting rights groups filed appeals to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals after a federal district judge refused to block parts of a new law that restricts Florida’s ballot-initiative process—political committees sponsoring 2026 proposals and individual plaintiffs also challenged rules on volunteer registration and petition signature collection—and the appeals now will have the court review these contested measures.
