- ➤ Flea Market Tallahassee closed last month after 41 years of business when a January storm damaged many vendor spaces. Several vendors have moved to temporary sites at the Tool Library on Woodville Highway and the Tallahassee Urban League parking lot in Frenchtown — where executive director Curtis Taylor welcomed them as they search for a new permanent home. - ➤ Thousands filled Tucker Civic Center for the 7th Annual Tallahassee Beer Festival on August 10 + national, local and home brewers provided over 400 unique fermentation varieties for guests. WCTV

- ➤ As Leon County students head back to class today, a few schools remain active construction sites—including Godby, Griffin and Nims middle schools.
