- ➤ On Saturday, over 100 volunteers from local groups built 30 bunk beds (60 beds in total) at DISC Village to give children a safe place to sleep. The Tallahassee chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace marked its 100th build day and has built more than 3,500 beds in eight years. WCTV

- ➤ Chiles Volleyball defended its 5A title today by winning in straight sets — the team secured a solid win that kept their championship record strong. WCTV
- ➤ Florida A&M won 31—28 when RJ Johnson III threw two touchdown passes and Thad Franklin rushed for 122 yards on 26 carries against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. The Rattlers led 17—7 before the fourth quarter and held on after Arkansas-Pine Bluff’s late touchdown left the Golden Lions three points behind as they failed to recover the onside kick. WCTV
- ➤ FSU may owe coach Mike Norvell nearly $59 million if he is fired after the Clemson game, as his contract requires paying 85% of his base salary plus supplemental pay until his deal ends on Dec. 31, 2031—Norvell signed an eight-year extension with a one-year salary reduction and has faced strong criticism after a 3 to 4 start this season. - ➤ FAMU football beat Arkansas-Pine Bluff 31-28 on November 8th at Simmons Bank Field — quarterback RJ Johnson III threw two touchdown passes — and built a 17-point run. Running back Thad Franklin Jr. rushed for 122 yards while the defense made key stops to hold off a late surge by the Golden Lions. Tallahassee Democrat
- ➤ Chiles Timberwolves defended their FHSAA 5A state volleyball title by sweeping Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks in straight sets on Saturday night at Polk State College. The team finished a near-perfect 31-1 record — marking their second championship season. WCTV
- ➤ FSU football head coach Mike Norvell said he was disappointed by the loss to Clemson — he remains confident in the program and expects improvements in upcoming games. Tallahassee Democrat
- ➤ FAMU men's basketball lost 92-72 to Kennesaw State in their home opener on Saturday. WCTV
