About this event
Throughout the semester, FSU Sustainable Campus and the FAMU-FSU Gulf Scholars Program are hosting a series of events focused on the importance of Florida's Gulf Coast, our connection to its waterways, and how we can work together to protect them.
On Thursday, November 5, from 5:30-7:00 PM, join us for a Gulf Salon hosted at MoFA! FSU School of Dance professor and choreographer, nia love, invites you to explore your relationship with water in new ways. Participants will take part in a guided movement activity centered on Gulf waters, then enjoy a guided tour of love’s exhibition, Floating Metal: UNDERcurrents In My Father’s Garden . Come experience the Gulf through art, movement, and conversation! This event is free and open to the public. Free parking will be available in the Call St Garage after 5:00 PM.
Listed by Florida State University Calendar (Localist), gathered by the Tallahassee events calendar.
