- ➤ Grassroots Free School continues its recovery two years after May 2024 tornado damage, using community funds ($27,327 raised) and FEMA support to repair its playground equipment. The alternative school re-opened in August on a temporary campus and will host summer camp in June. Tallahassee Democrat
